September 30th Rec Path Community Outreach Meeting

The MetRec team will be hosting a Community Outreach Meeting on September 30th focusing on Rec Paths.  The mapping the team has completed so far has focused on connecting communities, connecting existing fragmented rec paths as well as connecting to well used trailheads. This included reviewing rec path planning that has been previously shown in current planning documents for the overall district. Our goal for the event is to receive community feedback on the rec paths shown, find out if there are any desired connections we are missing on the maps and also determine the community’s priorities for the Rec Path connections. We will have large boards printed with the Rec Path Maps as well as a Priority Table board.  We will have sticky notes for comments to be placed on the boards as well as dot voting for Rec Path Prioritization.  Our team will also be present and circulating with the participants and taking notes on received feedback.
