If you enjoy MetRec’s television service, you’re receiving an over-the-air television signal from one of MetRec’s twelve translator sites. Given the technology, it is impossible for MetRec to monitor the status of all programming at all locations at one time. It helps tremendously when viewers report observations, such as loss of signal, pixilation, poor audio and more.
